Matt Gass
President, Owner and Founder of Advanced Electrical
Installations Inc. State Certified Electrical Contractor
Responsible for the management of the AEI team. Graduate of
Associated Builders and Contractors Electrical
Apprenticeship Program, holds certifications in Medium
Voltage Splicing and Terminating, Fiber Optic Terminating,
Testing and Splicing and NICET Level II Fire Alarm
Certified. |

Steve Lanier
Chief Estimator, Project Manager with over 30 years
experience in industrial and commercial construction.
Courses completed include: International school of
construction estimating, American estimating Institute,
Richardsons rapid estimating systems, Estimation Inc and
Quatum estimating systems. |

Buddy Chadwick
Estimator, Project Manager with over 18 years experience
in industrial and commercial electrical projects. Graduate
of the Associated Builders and Contractors Electrical
Apprenticeship Program, and the National Center for
Construction and Research (OSHA 40Hr), holding
certifications in Medium voltage splicing and terminating,
and Military Standards for fiber optic and communications
terminations. Overseeing; company safety awareness programs,
quality control, project management, estimating, and
advanced training and education.

Michelle Gass
Controller and Company Secretary with over 10 years of
experience in accounting and financial reporting. Graduate
of Florida Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Accounting. Leads the Accounting Team and
manages the financial reports. |
