HX-001, OEA Security Lighting, Orlando Executive Airport
This project included new and improved lighting as follows: New and
Relocated High mast Lighting at West Ramp; New High mast and Area
Lighting at Northeast Ramp; New Highlands and Area Lighting at North
Ramp; Relocation of Shoebox Fixtures from West Ramp to Area Lighting;
New Electrical Services and Control Panels to operate the lighting
systems.
The project schedule was predicated upon completion of the project
and achieving substantial completion prior to the National Business
Aviation Association Convention occurring the first week of October
2003. We achieved the goal and performed this 1 million dollar
project in 90 days from the date of award. We were a prime
contractor on this project. We self-performed 100% of the electrical and
subcontracted the civil work to Cornerstone Construction (MWBE).
