Employee Training
At AEI we promote and support the training of our craftsmen,
if an employee demonstrates a willingness to learn the electrical trade
and be a part of our team we will get them enrolled in our
apprenticeship program. After the employee graduates out of our
probationary period they are eligible to participate in a four year
state accredited apprenticeship program. After 8,000 hours of on-the-job
training, each apprentice is eligible to graduate to journeyman status.
The program is sponsored and run by Associated Builders and Contractors.
